The Museum of the Alhambra is located on the ground floor in the Palace of Charles V so you can therefore go when you visit the Alhambra.

The Fine Arts Museum, just like the Alhambra Museum, is located inside the Palace of Charles V. It specializes in Renaissance and Baroque painting and sculpture. It also has works of art by local artist such as Machuca or Alonso Cano.

This is the perfect place to further develop our aptitudes and arouse our curiosity. There is a large brochure listing all the exhibitions and activities you cannot miss at the Parque de las Ciencias. The best rooms are the Planetarium and the recently inaugurated Biodomo, where you can admire the diversity of nature in other continents.
The museum opens Tuesdays to Saturdays from 10.00 to 19.00 and Mondays from 10.00 to 15.00.

This was the house of the Lorca family, where the writer produced most of his work such as Gypsy Ballads or The House of Bernarda Alba.
The house was restored and it now has the name of García Lorca House-Museum (Casa Museo García Lorca) honoring the famous writer. There are many objects and samples of his writing on display inside the house. The rest of the house remains exactly the way it was when Federico García Lorca lived in it.

If you have ever wondered how people in the caves of Sacromonte lived, you have to visit this museum. It has several caves with exhibitions of objects and popular handicrafts. From here you can also enjoy a wonderful view of the Alhambra and the city of Granada.
Normally, there are flamenco shows here and the entrance ticket is 5 €.
The Royal Chapel was the Spanish royal family pantheon from the time of the Catholic Monarchs to the Emperor Charles V and their nearest relatives. In the inside you can find magnificent sculptures, paintings and goldwork.

The museum is located inside the Casa de Castril. Here there are exhibitions of different archaeological periods in time. Here you will find primitive materials, objects from the Bronze Age, and from the Phoenician, Roman and Arab times.
This was the former home of Manuel de Falla the composer from Cádiz. People who want to honor him visit this place.
The artist left Granada and traveled to Argentina after what had happened to Federico García Lorca. He left behind most of his personal belongings which are now on display at the museum.
Opening times: Tuesdays to Saturdays from 10.00h to 17.00h. The ticket price is 3 € and 1 € for students, senior citizens and groups if you book in advance.
The architecture of this museum is unusual. It houses an interesting collection about the history of Andalucía. It has different types of tours with new technologies being used to describe the entire exhibition.

The center is named after José Guerrero, a prominent artist from Granada of American abstract expressionism movement. As well as containing many of the author's paintings it also has many other exhibitions related to contemporary art that will awaken the creative side in you.
The Museum is open from Tuesday to Saturday and public holidays from 10.30 to 14.00 and 16.30 to 21.00. It also opens on Sundays from 10.30 to 14.00 and the entrance is free.
It is located among the group of caves known as La Chumbera. The theme of this museum is gypsy women throughout the history of their people. The educational and cultural activities organized will help you understand the history of the gypsy people. You can also admire the sculptures by gypsy artist, Luis Heredia.
Entrance is free and the museum is opened Mondays to Fridays from 10.00 to 13.00.
